From vision to placement,
seamlessly.
A guided path from first conversation to final delivery — for residential, vacation rental, and hospitality projects alike.
From concept to completion, our integrated approach ensures a seamless experience. While ANJO provides pre-designed or custom units, Artistree can help with site planning and site preparation (foundation, utilities, and the like), and with assembly of your ANJO in select regions. If you’re already working with an architect or general contractor, we can provide the technical support your team needs.
Consult
Start with your land, your vision, your intent.
Meet with one of our team to talk through your property, your budget, and which models suit the way you actually want to use them. It’s as much a chance to get your own questions answered as it is for us to understand what you’re building toward.
Feasibility
We evaluate what’s possible on your land.
We schedule a virtual property tour, review your parcel, and research local zoning and permitting requirements — then deliver a feasibility report covering what you can build, where it can sit, and the site conditions most likely to affect cost. The $1,000 feasibility fee is applied to your deposit at order, and the report is yours to keep whether or not you build with us.
Selection
Choose your unit, select interiors/exteriors/add-ons.
We walk you through every part of your order — matching the model to how you’ll use it, then working through interior and exterior palettes, upgrade options, and add-ons until the specification reflects what you had in mind.
Permit & Engineer
We handle the complexity behind the scenes.
Every region has its own building rules, and every property its own soils, slopes, and constraints. We take our permit-ready drawings the rest of the way — coordinating with soil engineers, landscape architects, and other consultants, managing the permit process, and submitting the documentation your jurisdiction requires. If you already have an architect of record, we support them instead. Billed time and materials, since no two jurisdictions are alike.
Production
Precision-built in a controlled environment.
With your design finalized and permitted, we issue a final purchase order with an approximate timeline. That order enters the production schedule, starts material procurement, and secures your place in the queue. Every structure is made to order.
Delivery
Your ANJO arrives, ready for assembly.
When your units are ready, they ship to your site as kits built for straightforward assembly — and we provide technical support to the general contractor you’ve chosen to put them together.
Precision in the factory.
Speed on your site.
Every ANJO is composed of modular building panels engineered for shipping. Units arrive flat-packed in carefully loaded containers, and a local crew assembles the shell in a matter of days — cutting build time dramatically and minimizing weather exposure. Kitchen, bath, and finish packages ship with the unit for on-site installation, and every order includes the drawings your jurisdiction needs for permitting review.

Engineered panels, built to order
Wall and roof panels are manufactured to tight tolerances in a controlled environment — no weather delays, no field guesswork.
Flat-packed & shipped
Panels and finish packages are loaded into containers optimized for transport to your site, anywhere.
Assembled by a local crew
The shell goes up in weeks, not months, with technical support from our team or full construction by ours.
Permit-ready from day one
Your order includes the drawings required for local jurisdiction permitting and approval.
Everything in every kit.
Not every prefab company tells you what's actually in the price. We do — down to the fixtures, finishes, and hardware — so you can plan your project without surprises and compare us honestly against anyone else. Every material is chosen for performance, durability, and a lighter environmental footprint.
Completing your project.
Your kit arrives finish-complete, but every site needs work to receive it. These steps are handled by Artistree or your own provider under a separate agreement — and we'll support your team throughout.
